JOB DUTIES:
Experience in augmented air vehicle control system modeling, design and analysis. Knowledge of stability and control and application of handling qualities criteria to control system design.
Experience with 14 CFR part 25 certification, especially of an airplane with a fly-by-wire control system.
MATLAB & Simulink fluency required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in engineering, a related curriculum, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 10 yrs in the specific technical discipline or 15 yrs broad engineering experience in several technical disciplines with Bachelors, or 8 yrs in the specific technical discipline with Masters, or 6 yrs in the specific technical discipline with PhD.
