Analyzes and evaluates engineering source data, vendor data, and customer data in order to design, organize, and develop technical data required to operate and maintain aircraft, missiles, weapon systems, support equipment, training equipment, and non-traditional products. Analyzes and evaluates impact of engineering changes on technical data. Evaluates source data issues to influence product designs and processes. Uses complex engineering data to create detailed outlines and create procedures for military and commercial maintenance and operations manuals. Plans, schedules and coordinates data research, development and integration activities. Assists with quality reviews and validations, conducts in-process reviews, and supports verification. Creates paper, Electronic and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals. Works under general direction.
JOB SKILLS: Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
